What you will do

• Act as a technical problem owner for YieldStar systems within assigned scope, driving structured troubleshooting and recovery actions.
• Perform root-cause analysis using system data, logs, and failure mechanisms, and provide structured technical recommendations and escalation inputs.
• Analyze system behavior across sensors/measurement systems, control & signal processing, and mechanical/mechatronic components.
• Identify recurring issues and drive structural prevention actions to improve stability, cycle time, and reliability, including support for Best-Known Methods (BKM).
• Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering, Production Engineering, and Development & Engineering to align on technical issue resolution.
• Develop and share troubleshooting knowledge, support training materials, and mentor junior engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Physics) or related disciplines.
• 3–5 years of experience in high-tech production, manufacturing, or engineering environments.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting and diagnosing complex systems/equipment.
• Solid understanding of failure analysis, structured problem-solving methodologies, and a quality mindset.
• Ability to perform structured analysis using data and logical reasoning to identify root causes.
• Basic English proficiency for technical communication and documentation.
