What you will do

• Support risk-based audits covering financial, operational, and compliance areas.
• Contribute to end-to-end audit engagements from planning to reporting.
• Assess the design and effectiveness of internal controls across global business processes.
• Analyze data to identify risks, control gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to enhance processes and strengthen internal controls.
• Drive innovation initiatives including the use of data analytics and automation in audit functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in Internal Audit, Finance, or Accounting.
• Strong understanding of internal control frameworks and business processes.
• Proficiency in English is required.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
• Willingness to travel approximately 20% of the time.

Nice to have

• Experience in a Big 4 or professional audit firm.
• Professional certification such as CPA, CIA, or ACCA.
