Salary: $145,000–$175,000 Annually

What you will do

• Establish and lead regional KM support teams and steering committees to align with operational priorities.
• Develop and execute 1–3 year KM strategies to close regional knowledge gaps.
• Collaborate with senior technical experts to capture and preserve critical process and product knowledge.
• Partner with Corporate KM and regional leadership to ensure knowledge systems are accessible and scalable.
• Define and track metrics to measure KM effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
• Deploy training and awareness programs to promote best practices across regional sites.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Over 10 years of operations, quality, or engineering experience in aerospace and defense.
• Over 3 years of people leadership experience.
• Proven experience with ISO9001 and AS9100 compliance.
• Ability to travel up to 30% as needed.
• Must have authorization to access U.S. export-controlled information.

Nice to have

• Experience with Knowledge Management systems and practices.
• Familiarity with Teamcenter.
• Exposure to AI development and application.
