What you will do
- Execute the HR roadmap for regional functions in partnership with leadership.
- Facilitate high employee engagement through strategic advice on talent management and organizational health.
- Manage the operational employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
- Ensure local compliance and alignment with regional practices.
- Collaborate with global HR teams in Sweden to harmonize initiatives and represent regional interests.
Requirements
- Must be based in Singapore for this 6-month contract role.
- Broad HR background gained within an international, dynamic environment.
- Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Labor Law, or a related field.
- Fluency in business English is essential for cross-cultural communication.
- Proven leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to solve complex problems.
