What you will do

• Execute the HR roadmap for regional functions in partnership with leadership.
• Facilitate high employee engagement through strategic advice on talent management and organizational health.
• Manage the operational employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
• Ensure local compliance and alignment with regional practices.
• Collaborate with global HR teams in Sweden to harmonize initiatives and represent regional interests.

Requirements

• Must be based in Singapore for this 6-month contract role.
• Broad HR background gained within an international, dynamic environment.
• Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Labor Law, or a related field.
• Fluency in business English is essential for cross-cultural communication.
• Proven leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to solve complex problems.
