Salary: $177,000 to $237,000 (base salary range)

What you will do

• Own complex Enterprise Readiness programs from requirements definition through execution, launch readiness, and ongoing operating cadence.
• Build program structure to manage priority workstreams across Product, Engineering, Security, Operations, and customer-facing technical teams.
• Create visibility into program status, ownership, dependencies, risks, decisions, and progress against commitments.
• Drive alignment on priorities, sequencing, tradeoffs, and execution plans across technical and business stakeholders.
• Identify cross-team dependencies and systemic execution gaps, then implement durable operating mechanisms to address them.
• Lead program reviews and executive updates; operate with judgment in ambiguous situations where ownership and priorities conflict.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in technical program management, infrastructure program management, product operations, or a similar role in a complex technical environment.
• Experience leading programs spanning multiple engineering, product, security, operations, or customer-facing teams.
• Technically fluent in cloud infrastructure and distributed systems, including platform engineering, security, reliability, networking, observability, or enterprise-scale operations.
• Ability to translate complex technical and customer requirements into clear priorities, execution plans, and decision frameworks.
• Track record of creating structure in ambiguous environments without slowing teams down; strong escalation, tradeoffs, and risk management judgment.
• Clear communication with engineers, product leaders, executives, and customer-facing teams; comfortable driving accountability without formal authority.

Nice to have

• Master’s or advanced technical degree.
• Experience with enterprise customers, regulated industries, or large-scale customer onboarding programs.
• Experience at a cloud provider, AI infrastructure company, hyperscaler, enterprise SaaS company, or similar high-scale technical environment.
• Familiarity with enterprise platform requirements (identity/access control, networking, logging, observability, security, compliance, reliability, operational readiness).
• Experience connecting product roadmap, engineering execution, operational readiness, and customer-facing commitments.
