What you will do

• Oversee accurate production and timely submission of regulatory reports across capital and liquidity pillars.
• Optimize control and governance systems to improve best practices for regulatory submissions.
• Review and challenge data inputs to ensure consistency and accuracy in disclosures.
• Explain complex regulatory concepts and capital calculations to key stakeholders.
• Evaluate new and changing reporting rules to ensure ongoing compliance.
• Support the implementation of new products by assessing their impact on capital and liquidity ratios.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a regulatory reporting manager in a bank or regulated financial entity.
• Knowledge of UAE financial regulatory requirements (CBUAE, DFSA, ADGM, or SCA).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex regulatory texts.
• Must be based in the UAE.
• Proven ability to work independently and meet tight regulatory deadlines.
• Impeccable attention to detail.

• Experience with data warehouses and SQL queries.
