What you will do

• Facilitate client workshops to analyze, design, and optimize business processes aligned with INSIS capabilities.
• Gather, document, and prioritize functional requirements and user stories.
• Configure and support solutions within INSIS PAS and BLC platforms.
• Create functional specifications, process flows, and business rules.
• Collaborate with technical teams to define integration requirements and support interface validation.
• Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for business users.

Requirements

• Mandatory: Hands-on experience with INSIS PAS and/or INSIS BLC is required.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within the insurance industry.
• Strong knowledge of Commercial Lines (Property & Casualty) policy lifecycle processes.
• Experience working in Agile environments including backlog management and sprint planning.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into functional system configurations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with multi-country or large-scale insurance implementations.
• Knowledge of SQL and database-level validations.
• Experience using Postman for integration validation.
• Exposure to claims and policy servicing processes.
