Salary: $114,774–$172,161 per year

What you will do

• Architect and manage the full lifecycle of complex data products from raw data to finished applications.
• Design and develop advanced dashboards to communicate analytical findings to diverse stakeholders.
• Perform backend data engineering, including ETL development and data transformation.
• Optimize end-to-end application performance and design custom data integration logic.
• Translate complex business problems into engineered technical solutions.
• Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to support strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in BI Engineering or Full Stack Analytics.
• Advanced proficiency in both Tableau and Power BI, including complex DAX/LOD expressions.
• Expert SQL skills with experience in query optimization and execution plan analysis.
• Must obtain Epic Cogito Certification within one year of start date.
• Must obtain tool-specific certification (Power BI or Tableau) within one year of start date.

Nice to have

• Prior experience with Epic Clarity and Cogito.
• Knowledge of healthcare data concepts such as HEDIS, RAF, and Value-Based Care.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems like Git.
