TL;DR
VP, Operations, Financial Strategy & Initiatives (Finance): Leading operational finance support for the Operations & Technology division with an accent on strategic decision-making, capital allocation, and process optimization. Focus on managing financial reporting, long-range planning, and driving cross-functional initiatives within a major media and entertainment organization.
Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey (Hybrid: 3 days/week in office)
Salary: $200,000 - $240,000

What you will do
- Partner with O&T leadership to align services with strategic initiatives and drive financial value through operational optimization.
- Provide comprehensive operational finance support, including live production activities and vendor relationship management.
- Manage overall O&T operating expenses and capital spend in collaboration with Corporate FP&A.
- Lead financial reporting, budgeting, and long-range planning processes for the O&T organization.
- Develop automated and standardized financial processes to improve efficiency and reporting accuracy.
- Oversee a team of 8+ finance professionals to deliver core financial responsibilities and special projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or Accounting.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in Accounting or Finance.
- Proven senior financial management and leadership experience.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead wide-ranging business initiatives.
- Experience with production, technology, and engineering finance is preferred.
- Knowledge of Capital Project Planning, oversight, and prioritization.
