What you will do

• Source and build relationships with founders, operators, and investors within global startup ecosystems.
• Identify and evaluate early-stage investment opportunities across target sectors.
• Develop investment theses and conduct deep-dive market research and competitive analysis.
• Prepare investment memos and support the due diligence process.
• Build and maintain sourcing pipelines, internal tools, and investment processes.
• Represent the firm at global events and within startup communities.

Requirements

• Must be based in San Francisco, CA for on-site work.
• 2+ years of experience in VC, accelerators, angel networks, or investment roles.
• Strong understanding of startups and venture capital ecosystems.
• Excellent research, analytical, and writing skills.
• Strong network-building ability and self-driven mindset.
• Willingness to travel globally as required by the role.
