TL;DR
Senior Revenue Operations Business Partner (SaaS): Serving as the dedicated operational partner to the GM, EMEA, to drive regional GTM strategy and operational excellence. Location: Hybrid (Paris Office). Must be based in or able to work from the EMEA region.

What you will do
- Act as the trusted operational partner to the GM, EMEA, owning the region's GTM operating model.
- Manage the end-to-end EMEA forecast process and facilitate weekly forecast calls across four regional areas.
- Structure and lead the quarterly business review (QBR) cadence for regional and executive audiences.
- Deliver analytics and insights across the full GTM funnel to provide actionable recommendations.
- Lead process improvement initiatives to increase seller productivity, pipeline health, and forecast accuracy.
- Drive annual planning, including territory design, segmentation, and capacity modeling.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Strategy & Operations in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
- Demonstrated ownership of forecasting, pipeline management, and QBR processes at a regional level.
- Strong analytical skills with fluency in Salesforce and BI tools like Looker or Hex.
- Experience with annual planning, territory design, and quota setting.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior commercial leaders.
- English fluency required.
