Marketing Engineer

TL;DR

Marketing Engineer (Webflow/WordPress/HubSpot): Own the full lifecycle of web properties, from engineering high-performance landing pages and dynamic content to maintaining stability and performance of existing web infrastructure. What you will do

• Develop, manage, and optimize marketing main site, documentation/technical site, partner mini-sites, and ingestion sites.
• Monitor web health, security, and ongoing performance; troubleshoot and improve reliability.
• Engineer an online store framework and deploy dynamic, personalized content experiences using CRM data.
• Set up and maintain HubSpot automation and integrations.
• Translate high-fidelity Figma mockups into production-ready, responsive, accessible components and pages (using AI where appropriate).
• Oversee migrations between web stacks (e.g., WordPress to Webflow) and support cross-team AI implementations.

Requirements

• Experience building and shipping websites with a portfolio demonstrating faithful execution of designs.
• Frontend engineering skills (front-end frameworks like React/Vue, build tooling, APIs, and working with product engineering).
• Required fluency in modern web platforms, including Webflow (and experience with WordPress/Elementor).
• Experience with operational web work: SEO/AEO/GEO, analytics, tracking, and site health.
• Ability to read and implement from Figma designs/prototypes with high fidelity.
• Strong communication skills for async/remote collaboration.

Nice to have

• Experience in SaaS or developer-focused B2B organizations, especially enterprise networking and cybersecurity.
• Experience with design systems/component libraries and translating them into reusable code.
• Experience with motion/interaction/lightweight animation on the web.
• Computer science degree or equivalent experience.
