What you will do

• Lead high-impact client engagements at the executive level, serving as a trusted advisor to C-suite leaders.
• Oversee complex strategy and transformation programs end-to-end, ensuring high-impact delivery.
• Design and execute digitally enabled transformation programs leveraging AI, data analytics, and automation.
• Generate new business and own client accounts as the primary relationship manager.
• Attract, mentor, and develop top consulting talent while championing an inclusive and entrepreneurial culture.

Requirements

• 15+ years of senior-level experience in management consulting, organization design, and AI transformation.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Proven track record of winning and leading large-scale, multi-function transformation programs.
• Strong background in AI-enabled digital transformation, data strategy, and change management.
• Demonstrated external market leadership through industry speaking engagements or professional associations.
