Salary: $183,854 – $289,990 Annually

What you will do

• Direct the strategic planning, design, and implementation of organization-wide information systems and revenue cycle technologies.
• Provide technical leadership and coordinate the work of IT staff, contractors, and vendors.
• Collaborate with the CIO to establish organizational goals and develop operating budgets.
• Develop and implement organization-wide system standards, policies, and disaster recovery plans.
• Monitor performance and effectiveness of information systems and communication networks.
• Ensure cost-efficient service delivery and recommend enhancements to existing systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in health information management, Business Administration, IT, or related field.
• 15+ years of experience in healthcare IT with a focus on Epic revenue cycle applications.
• Strong understanding of healthcare revenue cycle processes, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
• Proven ability to lead large teams and complex projects in a dynamic healthcare environment.
• Must be regularly available to meet with stakeholders in person in New York.
• Experience managing hybrid on-site/off-site teams including employees and managed service vendors.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Epic certification(s) in revenue cycle modules.
• Experience with Agile, Lean, or Six Sigma/DMAIC methodologies.
