Senior Change Manager (Training)

What you will do

• Develop and execute comprehensive change management and training plans for system rollouts.
• Manage stakeholder communication, identify impacted audiences, and coordinate with unit points of contact.
• Oversee training content production and direct the work of content developers.
• Coordinate with government and program stakeholders on cutover readiness milestones.
• Facilitate train-the-trainer sessions and support training delivery at pilot units.
• Track change readiness metrics and report risks to program leadership.

Requirements

• Must hold or be able to pass a Federal Background investigation (T1/Public Trust/NACI).
• Active DoD Secret Clearance or ability to obtain one.
• 7+ years of related experience in change management or organizational training.
• Experience with enterprise system implementations and large-scale migrations.
• Familiarity with USAF aircrew training community or operations.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience with USAF aircrew scheduling systems like PEX, Puckboard, or G/TIMS.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar enterprise platform rollouts.
