What you will do
- Act as a trusted advisor to assigned enterprise accounts, providing technical support and strategic guidance.
- Analyze customer data and usage patterns to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with customers and internal teams to define project scopes and ensure technical feasibility.
- Develop and execute joint roadmaps aligned with customer KPIs and business goals.
- Champion customer needs internally to drive product adoption and enhance the overall experience.
- Conduct regular business reviews and health calls to maintain strong client relationships.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Enterprise Customer Success or Account Management within the software industry.
- Proven success working with Fortune 100 technology companies.
- Experience managing 10+ accounts simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to manage sales pipelines, forecasts, and retention quotas.
- Experience selling and supporting the deployment of AI solutions.
- Strong senior-level communication and presence.
