TL;DR

Location: Remote (USA)

Salary: $115,000-$135,000 base + commission and benefits

What you will do

  • Own and manage a consistent pipeline of enterprise leads and clients (boutique law firms, corporate legal departments, government entities, and AmLaw 200).
  • Drive consultative, cold-call-based selling through client-facing meetings, calls, and projects.
  • Lead custom product demonstrations and presentations, adapting recommendations to client needs.
  • Engage stakeholders across the full sales lifecycle—from initial outreach to product presentation and closing.
  • Consistently exceed monthly sales targets and goals.
  • Present and demonstrate the hirify.global platform and value proposition in external and internal stakeholder settings.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in the USA
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
  • Prior experience in outside sales
  • Strong sales skills with the ability to build meaningful client relationships
  • Ability to travel domestically (as needed)
  • Experience presenting and performing demos to C-level executives with strong communication and interpersonal skills

Nice to have

  • Understanding of the Salesforce product and experience with cloud-based systems
  • Exposure to the legal industry and selling to boutique law firms, corporate legal departments, and government entities (including AmLaw 200)
