TL;DR

Account Manager (Fintech): Managing and expanding a book of business for existing mid-market clients using an AI-powered accounting workflow automation solution with an accent on renewals and account expansion. Focus on driving revenue growth through consultative sales, cross-functional collaboration with Customer Success, and strategic relationship building with senior stakeholders.

Location: Hybrid (Austin, Texas) - Requires working in office 3 days per week. Visa sponsorship is NOT available.

Salary: $90,000–$120,000 base pay + commission.

What you will do

  • Lead and grow a book of business for mid-market clients, identifying white space opportunities for expansion.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of renewals to ensure on-time growth and customer retention.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Sales Engineering, and Sales Operations.
  • Maintain accurate forecasts and account data within Salesforce.com.
  • Research key competitors to communicate the company's value proposition with authority.
  • Travel up to 30% within the assigned territory to build face-to-face client relationships.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of successful B2B software sales experience.
  • Experience using a consultative, solution-based sales methodology.
  • Proven record of meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Ability to build trust and command conversations with senior-level stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce.com, Outreach, and Microsoft Office.
  • Must be based in Austin, Texas for hybrid office attendance.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of hirify.global or other Close Management Software.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience.
