What you will do

  • Conduct thorough, well-documented workplace investigations into misconduct, harassment, and policy violations.
  • Manage complex employee relations cases end-to-end using HR Acuity.
  • Coach frontline and operations managers on performance management, progressive discipline, and policy administration.
  • Identify and mitigate legal exposure related to ADA, FMLA, PWFA, and Title VII.
  • Draft and review corrective action documentation to ensure consistency and defensibility.
  • Track case trends to provide actionable insights for proactive HR interventions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years focused on employee relations or investigations.
  • Direct experience supporting an hourly workforce in a multi-site or operations-heavy environment.
  • Working knowledge of federal and state employment law, including ADA, FMLA, PWFA, and Title VII.
  • Proven ability to conduct independent investigations and manage sensitive matters with discretion.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle high-volume concurrent matters.
