What you will do

  • Partner with leadership across the employee lifecycle, from job creation and onboarding to offboarding.
  • Recommend compensation for new hires and promotions and manage HRIS data integrity.
  • Coach leaders on performance conversations, progressive discipline, and sensitive investigations.
  • Manage state leave, FMLA, and ADA accommodation cases ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Monitor employee relations trends and turnover patterns to inform retention strategies.
  • Collaborate with Benefits, Payroll, and Legal teams to resolve complex employee matters.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of work-related experience in HR.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills to guide others.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict timelines.
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Must be based in or able to work on-site in Edmond, OK.
  • SHRM CP or PHR certification preferred.
