What you will do

• Design and oversee distributed systems architectures focusing on resilience and global scalability.
• Act as a strategic bridge between client demands and technical feasibility to ensure business value.
• Manage expectations of diverse stakeholders and transform vague requirements into structured technical roadmaps.
• Translate complex financial models into technical solutions for real-time data processing.
• Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation.
• Mentor engineering teams on technical communication and presenting trade-offs to business leaders.

Requirements

• Must be based in Colombia
• Proven track record in technical leadership roles with experience in crisis management and client negotiations.
• Advanced expertise in high-performance programming languages and building systems for rigorous compliance environments.
• Extensive experience with Python and Java ecosystems including Django, Flask, FastAPI, and Spring Boot.
• Advanced English proficiency required
• Strong ability in strategic negotiation and high-level communication.
