TL;DR

Data Analyst (AI/ML): Performing data capture, analysis, and visualization to support F-35 Sustainment operations with an accent on performance metrics and system optimization. Location: Must be based in or able to relocate to Fort Worth, Texas. This is a hybrid role requiring part-time onsite presence at a hirify.global facility. US Citizenship is required for a Secret security clearance.

What you will do

• Perform data capture, analysis, and visualization to support F-35 Sustainment programs.
• Coordinate and develop problem statements, analysis approaches, and ground rules.
• Establish performance pictures for sustainment under the guidance of a technical lead.
• Assess performance metrics using commercial, government, and internal tools.
• Develop scripts and workflows to embed AI/ML into business processes.
• Utilize source control and collaborative platforms to ensure reproducibility.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• 2+ years of professional experience in data analysis or AI/ML.
• Must be a US Citizen to obtain a Secret security clearance.
• Proficiency in databases and visualization tools such as MS Access, HANA, Tableau, or SQL/Oracle.
• Understanding of system databases, data elements, and application software solutions.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Fort Worth, TX.

Nice to have

• Experience developing ETL workflows using Pentaho or Alteryx.
• Experience with Python automation and Power Automate.
• Coursework or experience analyzing supply chain networks.
• Proficiency with Git, GitHub, or GitLab.
