What you will do

  • Lead and optimize comprehensive revenue operations projects and sales compensation plans.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of sales metrics to identify performance trends and provide actionable insights.
  • Oversee business planning, pipeline management, and forecasting processes.
  • Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies to support sales strategy execution.
  • Evaluate and recommend new sales technologies and tools to enhance team effectiveness.
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance across all sales systems.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related roles.
  • Proven ability to deliver advanced sales analysis and business intelligence to senior leadership.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Power BI with experience in sales analytics platforms.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence senior cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Experience building automated, database-driven workflows to reduce spreadsheet dependence.
  • Must be able to work onsite in New York City as required by the recruitment process.
