What you will do

• Maintain, clean, and validate SKU-level data across multiple sources.
• Utilize advanced Excel functions to organize, reconcile, and analyze large datasets.
• Generate accurate inventory, sales, and performance reports for management.
• Identify data discrepancies and implement corrective measures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide data-driven insights.
• Develop dashboards and reporting templates to streamline decision-making.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Philippines (Central Luzon, Central Visayas, or Davao Region)
• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in retail or e-commerce.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query).
• Strong knowledge of data cleaning, reconciliation, and reporting techniques.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with SQL or other database tools.
• Experience with Power BI or similar visualization tools.
