What you will do

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define business needs.
• Design and develop interactive dashboards using Tableau.
• Optimize data models and queries using SQL.
• Ensure data accuracy and reliability across all reporting tools.
• Create effective visualizations to communicate key business insights.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing dashboards.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree with Latin honors (cum laude or better) required.
• Proficiency in SQL and Tableau.
• Strong understanding of data visualization principles and data modeling.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Yardi.
• Skills in IT support, email marketing, or social media marketing.
