What you will do
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of global EUC platforms, including strategy, architecture alignment, and operational optimization.
- Oversee core technologies including endpoint OS, Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, and enterprise print environments.
- Establish and enforce global standards for endpoint devices, collaboration tools, and tenant configurations.
- Drive the modernization of the digital workplace and implement Zero Trust security principles in partnership with Cyber teams.
- Manage the full hardware lifecycle, from procurement standards and deployment to refresh and retirement.
- Build and develop a high-performing global EUC organization, managing vendors and managed service providers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in End User Computing, infrastructure, or workplace platforms.
- 5+ years in leadership roles, managing globally distributed teams.
- Proven experience operating EUC platforms at a global enterprise scale within regulated environments.
- Deep expertise in Microsoft 365 governance, endpoint management platforms, and collaboration tools.
- Strong operational and financial management experience within a product-oriented organization.
