Salary: $100,000 – $110,000 annually

What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of approximately 35 corporate donors, raising $3M+ in annual general operating support.
• Cultivate and secure new corporate partnerships across sectors including Financial Services, Retail, and Automotive.
• Develop customized partnership proposals and lead renewal strategies for existing accounts.
• Track revenue, forecast goals, and manage donor data using Salesforce.
• Collaborate with the Board of Directors to identify and engage new donor prospects.
• Represent the hirify.global as a thought leader at industry conferences and events.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in fundraising, sales, sponsorship, or partnership development.
• Proven track record of securing and growing six-to-eight figure corporate partnerships.
• Experience working in nonprofit, marketing, media, or agency environments.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Comfort with variable travel to meet partners and attend industry events.
• Strong persuasion and communication skills for senior stakeholder engagement.

Nice to have

• Experience working with top brands in marketing, communications, or CSR teams.
• Background in cause marketing or mission-driven communications.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Slack, AI, and Canva.
