Location: Full remote work arrangements (Must be based in the United States)
Salary: $100,000 – $110,000 annually

What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of approximately 35 corporate donors, raising $3M+ in annual general operating support.
- Cultivate and secure new corporate partnerships across sectors including Financial Services, Retail, and Automotive.
- Develop customized partnership proposals and lead renewal strategies for existing accounts.
- Track revenue, forecast goals, and manage donor data using Salesforce.
- Collaborate with the Board of Directors to identify and engage new donor prospects.
- Represent the as a thought leader at industry conferences and events.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in fundraising, sales, sponsorship, or partnership development.
- Proven track record of securing and growing six-to-eight figure corporate partnerships.
- Experience working in nonprofit, marketing, media, or agency environments.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Comfort with variable travel to meet partners and attend industry events.
- Strong persuasion and communication skills for senior stakeholder engagement.
Nice to have
- Experience working with top brands in marketing, communications, or CSR teams.
- Background in cause marketing or mission-driven communications.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Slack, AI, and Canva.
