What you will do

• Lead digital video operations on weekends and serve as a key producer/editor during weekdays.
• Coordinate digital producers across multiple shows to establish workflows and ensure a steady content pipeline.
• Edit, produce, and script original video content for TikTok, YouTube, and the MS NOW app.
• Provide final editorial sign-off on videos, captions, banners, and graphics before posting.
• Monitor linear broadcasts in real-time to identify and produce rapid-turnaround social content.
• Collaborate with marketing, PR, and promotions teams on high-profile launches and live events.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience producing, writing, and editing news content.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere.
• Proven track record of managing and mentoring producers in breaking news environments.
• Deep knowledge of news, politics, and social media audience development.
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.
• Ability to work a Wednesday-Sunday schedule (9am-5pm).
