What you will do

  • Edit high-performing video ads for paid media platforms including Meta and Google to drive engagement and conversion.
  • Produce social-first short-form content tailored for Reels, Shorts, and TikToks.
  • Transform raw footage into brand-aligned marketing assets with strong narrative flow and pacing.
  • Develop multiple creative variations of concepts to support A/B testing and performance optimization.
  • Enhance videos with captions, motion graphics, and visual effects to improve viewer retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including strategists, copywriters, and designers.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in video editing for digital marketing, social media, or advertising (agency experience is a strong advantage).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, hooks, and platform-specific editing techniques.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Proactive, ownership-driven mindset with the ability to work independently.
  • Must be based in the United States
