Compensation: £65K – £75K annually (pro-rated)

What you will do

• Own the B2B content programme end-to-end, covering strategy, planning, and execution.
• Develop a structured content plan mapping the full buyer journey from awareness to active consideration.
• Create original content formats such as trend reports and audience insights leveraging hirify.global's unique data.
• Manage a high-impact content calendar across organic social, email, events, and PR channels.
• Produce compelling case studies with brand leaders focusing on clear ROI proof points.
• Collaborate with the SfB marketing team and external PR partners to ensure effective distribution.

Requirements

• Proven B2B content experience, preferably at a platform, media owner, or tech company.
• Deep understanding of digital platforms, audience behavior, and advertising narratives.
• Ability to use data as a creative input to find and translate narratives into content.
• Strong editorial judgment and the ability to work independently without heavy oversight.
• Experience managing external contributors such as writers, designers, and creators.
• Eligibility to work in the UK is required.
