Compensation: $24 – $28 per hour

What you will do

• Conduct home visits to collect blood samples and patient vitals from diverse age groups.
• Utilize mobile devices for scheduling, charting, and HIPAA-secure care coordination.
• Ensure proper specimen labeling and coordinate drop-offs to appropriate labs or shipment facilities.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism, compassion, and empathy during every patient interaction.
• Manage necessary PPE and clinical supplies for daily patient care.

Requirements

• Prior professional experience as a phlebotomist.
• Valid Driver’s License and current vehicle insurance.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification and transcript of program graduation.
• Ability to pass national background, DMV, and clinical license checks.
• Physical ability to navigate patient homes, including climbing stairs and carrying up to 20 pounds.
• Based in Norfolk, Virginia.

Nice to have

• Up-to-date vaccinations including COVID-19 (plus booster), MMR, Hep B, Varicella, TB, and annual Flu shot.
• Tetanus/Diphtheria/Pertussis (TDaP) vaccination within the past 10 years.
