Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Wakefield and Clayton, NC (Onsite role)

What you will do

• Perform venipunctures and finger sticks while maintaining specimen integrity.
• Verify patient identification and test requisitions to ensure accuracy.
• Manage specimen tracking, logging, and quality control documentation.
• Resolve unusual test orders through coordination with physicians and nursing staff.
• Handle logistical tasks including report printing and courier scheduling.
• Provide support for billing inquiries and patient follow-up.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of phlebotomy experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Phlebotomy Certificate (if required by state)
• Ability to work onsite in Wakefield (3 days/week) and Clayton (2 days/week)
• Compliance with HIPAA and PHI privacy regulations
