What you will do

• Design and prototype simple, playful learning experiences for the hirify.global app.
• Lead large work streams independently across the product team.
• Mentor and act as a peer leader within the hirify.global Design organization.
• Collaborate with artists and designers to expand the design language.
• Partner with engineers and product managers to define product direction and execution.
• Refine every aspect of the experience, including animation, copy, and UI, to drive business impact.

Requirements

• Must be based in New York, NY.
• Online portfolio featuring simple consumer mobile apps.
• Highest bar for visual design and interaction details.
• Fluency in creating high-fidelity prototypes quickly.
• Experience shipping products at scale within a product organization.
• Ability to explain design decisions simply and concisely.
