What you will do

• Develop AI-powered consulting tools, progressing from contributions to independently shipping full apps and APIs.
• Integrate AI with internal systems while following governance and participating in code reviews.
• Implement RAG and prompt engineering to design predictable and safe AI behavior.
• Research AI trends and conduct experiments to assess practical fit for consulting tools.
• Collaborate with internal AI teams and contribute to community practices and shared components.
• Gather real-world feedback from users to iterate on tool functionality.

Requirements

• Final-year BSc or MSc student in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Solid foundation in Python and experience with REST APIs.
• Exposure to web development (Frontend/Backend) using React, TypeScript, or Node.js.
• Familiarity with Git and collaborative workflows.
• Experience with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS.
• Hands-on exposure to AI solutions, prompt engineering, and RAG.

Nice to have

• Experience deploying full-stack web applications end-to-end.
• Knowledge of Agentic AI, MCP, and Agent-to-Agent (A2A) protocols.
• Proficiency with Docker, CI/CD, and relational/vector databases (e.g., PostgreSQL).
• Ability to design evaluation frameworks for AI output quality.
• Personal projects or open-source contributions.
