hirify.global is a Smart Financial Platform replacing traditional factory-era ERPs with AI-native automated accounting and real-time reporting for global companies.

What you will do

• Embed with customer finance teams to map and redesign their workflows using an AI-first approach.
• Implement technical integrations to pull data from ERPs, banks, and billing systems into the hirify.global platform.
• Configure, deploy, and supervise AI agents in production until they are fully trusted by the customer.
• Train Financial Controllers and CFOs to run the new AI-native workflows independently.
• Diagnose complex edge cases and shipping technical solutions to expand the deployment playbook.
• Partner with Account Managers and AI engineers to feed repeatable patterns into the product roadmap.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in accounting, process design, consulting, or technical customer success.
• Proven ability to build and tinker with data pipelines and LLM agents to ship working software.
• Fluency in finance concepts including multi-entity structures, consolidation, and reporting.
• Experience delivering results in customer-facing roles and communicating effectively with CFO-level stakeholders.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Copenhagen or London.

Nice to have

• Solutions or integration engineering background.
• Experience with AI agent evaluations and guardrails in production.
• Professional finance or accounting qualification.
