What you will do

• Execute functional qualification and shelf life extension testing for critical raw materials used in LIAISON assays.
• Perform material processing and reagent formulation for bulk intermediates and components.
• Analyze data and maintain documentation in strict accordance with written procedures and SOPs.
• Manage batch characteristics and inventory flow through the facility using SAP.
• Conduct root cause investigations to troubleshoot product or process issues.
• Maintain laboratory workspaces and equipment following Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).

Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology or a related science field.
• Physical presence in Stillwater, Minnesota is required for laboratory work.
• Familiarity with laboratory instruments and data analysis tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to strictly follow regulatory guidelines.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology or a related science field.
• 1+ years of experience in a quality control or laboratory environment.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
