What you will do

• Implement and maintain Quality specifications and the Quality Management System (QMS) across sites to ensure alignment with global requirements.
• Coordinate all certification, surveillance, and re-certification audits (including ISO, FSC, cGMP, and QPL).
• Manage customer quality inquiries, questionnaires, audits, and the quality notification system (QNS) for complaint handling.
• Develop and review QA documents, SOPs, and work instructions using Intelex.
• Perform quality control duties, including testing incoming materials, inspecting finished goods, and reviewing batch records.
• Partner with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to resolve quality defects and support product launches.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Manufacturing Operations, preferably within QA/QMS.
• Knowledge of Lean Sigma and 8D methodologies.
• Experience with Management or Quality Systems.
• Proficiency in SAP and Minitab (preferred).
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Albuquerque, New Mexico, USA
