What you will do

• Design and build intuitive frontend interfaces that expose AI and LLM capabilities to users.
• Create scalable React-based UIs capable of handling streaming responses and real-time agent interactions.
• Contribute to product direction and roadmap for AI-powered features.
• Collaborate with backend engineers, designers, and product managers to ship high-quality products.
• Develop reusable, well-tested React components with a focus on performance and accessibility.
• Mentor peers and contribute to engineering standards through code reviews.

Requirements

• English: C1+ proficiency required
• 5+ years of production experience with JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Expert-level knowledge of React and modern frameworks like Next.js.
• Proven technical leadership and ability to set frontend direction.
• Strong understanding of API integration patterns and frontend performance optimization.
• Commitment to clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI-powered frontend development (Vercel AI SDK, assistant-ui).
• Familiarity with real-time communication (WebSockets) and AI patterns like RAG or vector search.
• Experience building chat UIs or conversational flows.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP) and CI/CD systems.
