What you will do
- Create high-impact external materials, including sales narratives, strategic value propositions, and executive-ready decks.
- Act as a strategic advisor during live client engagements to align solutions with institutional requirements.
- Perform market research and competitor analysis to provide actionable insights for regional commercial strategy.
- Collaborate with Solution Engineering, Product, Professional Services, and Finance to ensure messaging accuracy.
- Develop scalable frameworks, templates, and playbooks to elevate commercial content quality.
- Mentor and coach team members on storytelling, presentation structure, and strategic communication.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years in management consulting, ideally in operating model design or commercial strategy.
- Deep knowledge of the asset management industry and the investment management technology landscape.
- Expertise in institutional operating models across front, middle, and back office.
- Experience with RFP and provider selection processes for enterprise front-to-back platforms.
- Proven ability to create and present executive-ready strategic materials and models.
- Must be based in New York to support the hybrid work model.
