What you will do
- Execute a comprehensive net-new go-to-market blueprint to penetrate Tier-1 Enterprise accounts across the UKI region.
- Lead, coach, and structurally develop a team of Enterprise Account Executives to maximize quota attainment.
- Maintain command over the corporate pipeline using CRM metrics and BI tools to ensure forecasting precision.
- Deliver sophisticated performance analysis and multi-year revenue projections to the global executive leadership team.
- Partner with HR and Talent Acquisition to attract and hire top-tier enterprise sales talent.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of documented success leading and scaling quota-carrying B2B SaaS enterprise sales operations.
- Comprehensive understanding of the UKI enterprise software landscape and an active executive network.
- Proven capability in navigating complex multi-stakeholder procurement cycles and Master Service Agreements (MSAs).
- Strong commitment to operational excellence and cross-functional collaboration.
- Must be based in London to operate from the flagship office.
