TL;DR

Data Center Technician Apprentice (AI Cloud): Supporting mission-critical AI cloud infrastructure with an accent on hardware installation and system reliability. Focus on diagnosing server and networking issues, performing hardware upgrades, and learning operational automation.

Location: Must be based in or be able to relocate to Ellendale, ND, or Dalton, GA. The first 4 weeks of training take place in Denton, TX.

What you will do

• Diagnose and troubleshoot server, networking, and hardware issues in a production environment.
• Assemble, rack, cable, and install enterprise-grade servers and networking equipment.
• Perform hardware upgrades, preventative maintenance, and equipment replacements.
• Develop or modify scripts to automate operational tasks for server and network operations.
• Investigate hardware and software failures and perform root cause analysis.
• Maintain industry-leading safety, security, and operational best practices.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. person (citizen, national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) for export control compliance.
• Must be willing to relocate to the assigned market (Ellendale, ND or Dalton, GA) if not already based there.
• Basic computer literacy and a foundational understanding of hardware components.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and work in a physically active environment.
• Willingness to work varied schedules, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check.
