Compensation: $26.44/hr - $33.00/hr

What you will do

• Provide configuration and support for enterprise applications and IT environments.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues across identity management, networking, and collaboration tools.
• Manage hardware lifecycle, including inventory tracking and equipment logistics.
• Develop internal documentation and knowledge base articles to resolve recurring issues.
• Analyze ticket trends to identify and implement automation opportunities.
• Contribute to the training and improvement of the internal AI Service Agent.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to Charlotte, NC for a hybrid schedule.
• Advanced understanding of IT infrastructure and enterprise systems.
• Experience with device management tools like Okta, Intune, or Kandji.
• Proficiency in Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with networking fundamentals including DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
• Strong communication skills and ability to participate in an on-call rotation.
