Salary: CAD 120,335–190,000

What you will do
- Lead and direct national teams responsible for Disability Case Management and rehabilitation ensuring quality, consistency, and capability development.
- Oversee operational execution including case flow, backlog management, and return to work outcomes.
- Build scalable operating models and drive continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency and claimant outcomes.
- Develop people leaders and foster a coaching culture focused on accountability and professional growth.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to operationalize clinical standards and provide insights for escalation and early intervention strategies.
- Act as subject matter expert in Disability Management supporting internal and external partners.
Requirements
- Location: Must be able to work hybrid from one of the specified Canadian offices.
- University degree in business or related field; MBA is an asset.
- Minimum 10 years experience in group insurance disability case management with progressive management roles.
- Strong leadership skills with experience coaching senior managers and leaders.
- English proficiency required for collaboration outside Québec; bilingualism in French preferred.
- Strong business and financial acumen with ability to lead complex operations and service contracts.
