What you will do

• Own and maintain the fundraise tracker, managing deal stages, follow-ups, and contact details.
• Build and refine pitch decks for fundraising rounds and LP meetings in collaboration with the CEO.
• Draft and distribute standardized quarterly investor updates to maintain transparency and confidence.
• Coordinate with the data team to package financial and operational metrics for investor requests.
• Manage the filings calendar to ensure all regulatory submissions are completed on time.
• Maintain a structured CRM of LP and VC relationships to identify and track high-value targets.

Requirements

• 4+ years of direct experience in investor relations, fundraising operations, or capital markets.
• Hands-on experience managing fundraise trackers, pitch decks, and diligence materials.
• Strong written communication skills for clear and concise investor reporting.
• Working knowledge of regulatory filings related to private fundraising.
• Ability to interpret and package financial and operational data for investor audiences.
• Must be presentable and credible in investor settings.

Nice to have

• Prior experience at a high-growth startup or fintech.
• Existing relationships with VCs or LPs in the crypto or consumer fintech space.
• Familiarity with CRM tools like Affinity.
