What you will do

• Design and execute performance, load, stress, and endurance tests for APIs, microservices, and web journeys.
• Integrate automated performance checks into CI/CD pipelines to provide fast feedback and regression detection.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to embed performance thinking into the development lifecycle.
• Analyze test results using observability tools to identify bottlenecks and performance risks.
• Develop realistic workload models that reflect production usage patterns.
• Support scalability and readiness activities for major releases and peak traffic events.

Requirements

• 8 years of experience in Performance Testing, Quality Engineering, or Software Engineering.
• Hands-on experience with performance/load testing tools like k6, JMeter, or similar.
• Proficiency in writing performance tests using JavaScript.
• Understanding of API testing (REST) and cloud-native architectures (Kubernetes).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated test execution.
• Strong collaboration skills in Agile, cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with Playwright for synthetic user journeys.
• Familiarity with observability tools such as Dynatrace, Splunk, Grafana, or OpenTelemetry.
• Experience with React-based front-end applications and Spring Boot backend services.
