What you will do

• Lead performance strategy execution across microservices, APIs, and React user journeys.
• Design and implement automated performance, load, and stress testing frameworks.
• Establish observability practices using Dynatrace, Splunk, and FullStory to diagnose latency and performance regressions.
• Define and maintain NFRs, SLIs, and SLOs to ensure system reliability and scalability.
• Integrate performance baselines and quality gates into CI/CD pipelines.
• Partner with SRE and architecture teams to validate resilience, auto-scaling, and cost-optimized infrastructure.

Requirements

• 10+ years in Quality/Performance Engineering, SRE, or Full Stack Development.
• 5+ years leading performance strategy, observability, or reliability initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with performance testing tools like K6, JMeter, or Locust.
• Proficiency in Playwright (JavaScript/TypeScript) for synthetic journey automation.
• Deep understanding of cloud-native distributed systems, Kubernetes/AKS, and service mesh concepts.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with Micro Frontend architectures and Node.js build tooling.
• Experience with backend architectures and Springboot.
• Background in infrastructure as code and containerized environments.
