What you will do

• Design and conduct theoretical and experimental investigations to support new material creation.
• Develop new formulations and optimize existing material properties to solve development challenges.
• Prepare detailed technical reports, experimental protocols, and quantitative analyses.
• Collaborate with engineering and commercial teams to drive products from concept validation through scale-up.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Materials Science.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or Green Card holder.
• Demonstrated experience in materials science, chemical synthesis, formulation, or product development.
• Proven record of success in a research or laboratory setting.
• Ability to interpret data and communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Unwavering commitment to laboratory safety protocols and data integrity.

Nice to have

• Experience with specialized coatings, thin-film research, or high-purity chemical processing.
