TL;DR
Director Digital Manufacturing ERP (SAP): Leading the digital manufacturing ERP transformation within the IT organization with an accent on Configure-to-Order (CTO) and Engineer-to-Order (ETO) processes. Focus on managing business analysts, driving the transition from Oracle R12 to SAP S/4HANA, and optimizing manufacturing workflows across the enterprise.
Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Faribault, MN (Hybrid)
Salary: $142,600 - $250,900 (+ 30% bonus)

What you will do
- Define and execute the digital manufacturing strategy aligned with the company's product-centric operating model.
- Lead and mentor a team of business analysts to deliver scalable ERP solutions.
- Oversee the deployment and optimization of Oracle and SAP S/4HANA manufacturing modules.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership in Supply Chain, Engineering, and Finance to ensure platform integration.
- Drive change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new digital solutions.
- Manage project roadmaps, timelines, and deliverables in alignment with strategic business objectives.
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the US (no visa sponsorship available).
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business Administration.
- 10+ years of experience in a digital leadership role with a focus on large-scale ERP implementations.
- Proven experience managing business analysts in a global manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Extensive functional knowledge of supply chain, manufacturing, and ERP systems (Oracle/SAP).
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Nice to have
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
- In-depth knowledge of Oracle EBS R12 and SAP S/4HANA.
- Familiarity with CTO and ETO manufacturing processes.
- Experience with Fit-Gap analysis and process mapping.
