TL;DR

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Los Angeles, Chicago, New York City, or Austin. Role requires 3 days per week in-office.

What you will do
- Serve as the primary operational point of contact for assigned partners and build trusted relationships with delivery leaders.
- Monitor active partner-led implementations to track progress, identify risks, and ensure project completion.
- Coordinate between sales and partner delivery teams to ensure seamless handoffs and actionable project materials.
- Track partner consultant capacity and readiness to identify potential delivery bottlenecks.
- Facilitate operational business reviews focusing on project health, performance metrics, and consultant readiness.
- Manage operational escalations related to implementation quality and process concerns.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in project execution and dynamic environments.
- 2+ years of public accounting or industry accounting experience.
- BS degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Must be authorized to work in the US (Visa sponsorship is NOT available).
- Ability to work in-office 3 days per week in Los Angeles, Chicago, New York City, or Austin.
- Strong client-facing and executive-level communication skills.
Nice to have
- 1+ years of experience in partner implementation or management.
- CPA certification or eligibility.
- Experience with software or other month-end close tools.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and Customer Success platforms.
