What you will do

• Forecast trends and monitor performance to establish overall product assortment strategy.
• Partner with the Planning team to manage sales goals, inventory levels, and purchasing quantities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product Development, Sourcing, and Creative teams.
• Represent the brand and advocate for product strategies with external licensors.
• Lead and mentor a team of merchants to optimize individual and collective performance.
• Develop and implement short to mid-term business plans aligned with corporate objectives.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product development or merchandising experience, preferably in consumer goods.
• 5+ years of experience managing a team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Merchandising or equivalent.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to drive data-backed actions.
• Proven ability to build business relationships and foster cross-departmental collaboration.
• Must be able to work onsite in Burbank, CA.
